Martin presents The Great Unknown for BBC Radio 2

Martin is hosting a series on BBC Radio 2 titled The Great Unknown, in which he celebrates the music of artists he thinks are undervalued and do not receive the airplay or recognition they deserve.
The artists to get Martin’s attention are Boz Scaggs, The Staple Singers, Ramsey Lewis, Traffic, Robert Flack and The Band, with each episode concentrating on one act.
The first of six episodes starts on October 3rd 2006, and features The Staple Singers.
